Grill cook — Gulani

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Gulani, Yobe State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
