Backhoe operator wanted in Karnes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Karnes County, Texas. The job is in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
