Great opportunity: bread baker (Ondo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Akoko South East, Ondo State. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦10,000 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
