Head baker wanted in McDowell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in McDowell County, North Carolina. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
