Dumper truck operator — Rowan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Rowan County, North Carolina. The job is on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
