Paint and prep technician — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Henry County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
