Scullery hand — Chickasaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Chickasaw County, Iowa. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
