Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Monroe County, Indiana. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
