Cook — Saki East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Saki East, Oyo State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
