Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Edgar County, Illinois. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
