Panel welder wanted in Holt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Holt County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy production line. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
