Backhoe operator • DuPage County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in DuPage County, Illinois. The role involves: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
