The role involves mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
