Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Fillmore County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Six days a week, one day off.
