In-process quality controller • Jackson County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Jackson County, Oklahoma. You will be based on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
