What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
