Bread baker wanted in Moray

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Moray, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around £2,650 per month, based on your experience.
