Mechanical press operator — Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Lincoln County, New Mexico. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards You will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
