Canteen cook wanted in Nemaha County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nemaha County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
