Immediate opening: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Sunderland, England. The role involves: • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Rotating shifts.
