Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
