Dough maker — Cassia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Cassia County, Idaho. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
