Mechanical press operator wanted in Barnes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Barnes County, North Dakota. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading On the job you will handle: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
