Oven operator — Montgomery County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Overtime paid at a premium rate.
