Powder coating operator wanted in Colbert County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
