Overlocker operator wanted in Ife South

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ife South, Osun State. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching ₦1,150 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
