Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Fulton County, New York. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
