Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Katsina State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Malumfashi, Katsina State. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
