Fry cook — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Monroe County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
