Kitchen porter — Sublette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sublette County, Wyoming. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
