Dough maker — Marion County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Marion County, Oregon. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
