Demolition labourer — Broome County

Now hiring: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Broome County, New York. The job is on a residential housing site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
