Cake decorator wanted in Hendricks County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Hendricks County, Indiana. You will score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
