Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Weber County, Utah. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
