Prep cook — Obot Akara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
