Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Escambia County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Full-time, day shift.
