Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Harris County, Georgia. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown The role involves match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
