Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Smith County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Contact us to fix an interview.
