Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in McIntosh County, Georgia. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience.
