Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Tom Green County, Texas. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
