LGV Class 1 driver wanted in Chenango County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Chenango County, New York. The role involves check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
