We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Walworth County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
