Elevator technician — Grand Forks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
