Marble cutter — Bokkos

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble cutter in Bokkos, Plateau State. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. What we are looking for: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Day-to-day duties: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish 5+ years on the tools preferred.
