Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Utah County, Utah. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
