Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Fleming County, Kentucky. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred.
