Groundskeeper — Major County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Major County, Oklahoma. You will work on a golf course. On the job you will handle: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
