Vacancy available: rough terrain crane operator (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Pulaski County, Georgia. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits On a typical shift you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
