Core maker wanted in Guadalupe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. The role involves maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
