Fusing press operator wanted in Harvey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Harvey County, Kansas. You will work in a garment export house. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Give each garment a final press before packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 5+ years on the tools preferred.
